Executives have to take decisions faster and faster. Tremendous quantities of available information tend to slow down this process instead of making it easier.  This is where I can help as a business coach. During coaching conversations, I give the executive the opportunity to slow down, and to shed light from different angles upon the challenges of business and life. By discussing the executive’s context, providing honest and transparent feed-back, opening new perspectives, and challenging the comfort zones, I enable the executive to find new insights, discover hidden solutions and take concrete measures.

As a trained Systemic Coach & Supervisor (GST Berlin), I work in five languages (D, F, GB, L, NL) and am available worldwide.
